I found everything perfect, totally recommend it to all. Amazing breakfast, had pastries and meats and more. The rooms were extremely spacious and luxurious and had an elegant ambience. The setting was gorgeous, adjacent to central Madrid, tourist 

Had very nice stay for a business trip, the staff were very helpful, location was marvellous in all areas possible mainly with issues that I experienced getting of the parking. Plenty of food at the breakfast, I thoroughly enjoyed cereal and pastries.  

Clean hotel with lovely employees with excellent service. Elegant atmosphere and main bar.

Everything is very good, the room is well furnished and great quality with toiletries and a big television and shampoos.

The venue is exceptionally clean, with unbeatable location near the absolute centre of town, a supermarket within walking distance and business area. Well-trained and responsive staff here at reception desk and concierge.  

The breakfast with Gluten free bread available was served in the bar. The deluxe queen room was updated and spotless. The location was great and unbeatable, close to Cuzco Square. Spent here 

We had a really good stay for 3 nights.

The morning meal was extensive and varied, including cereal and pastries. The hotel had a peaceful and gorgeous position, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY HELPFUL, attentive. 

Recently renovated rooms complete with twin beds, the soundproofing plus the modern renovated floors, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. There's executive downstairs bar with complimentary beverages. Very efficient service, the breakfast is savoury and

We had the most very nice few days there. Fair value, room was newly renovated, staff were caring! Booked a room with the king bed. The attached restaurant for breakfast was the best part.

Enjoyed that the hotel was magnificent and had lovely and courteous staff with excellent service. I was there for 4 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast had a lot of food, 

The location was excellent, just next door to Cuzco Square. The breakfast had a lot of cereal and pastries. The pool was nice and I had welcome drinks in the downstairs bar.

The breakfast was savoury with Gluten free bread available, I tried outstanding cereals and pastries. The whole staff was very helpful.
